Do you offer insurance?
The watercraft is insured and the insurance paperwork stays with the watercraft. It is insured for renters and their guests. However, you, the renter, are still responsible for all damages. The boats and jet skis have catastrophic insurance. This means, there is a high deductible, but major damages are likely covered by our insurance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment. All Major Credit Cards, Cash Venmo, and Paypal.
What do I need to rent a boat or jet ski?

Unless you have chosen one of our delivery options for your rental.

All drivers and passengers are required to sign our waiver.

If used at a Lake with Quagga Mussels (i.e. Lake Powell or Lake Havasu), the renter will be responsible for decontamination of the watercraft and all equipment provided (i.e. lifejackets, wakeboards, etc.) by a state-certified decontamination station. Any watercraft rented from our Lake Powell (Big Water, UT) location will not be required to go through the decontamination process since we have Lake Powell specific watercraft.
When is pick up/drop off?
Pick-up is on the day of your rental in the morning or the night before after 8 pm when it is available. Drop off is at 6 pm on the final day of your rental. We try to be as flexible with pick-up and drop-off as possible.

During the check-out process, we will go through a detailed checklist where any previous damage is pointed out and documented to the renter, and pictures are taken.
